Reppin Her City

The Girls (Battitude) favorite Allen High School Varsity player, Morgan McQueen, moved on to college and now they have to comb the rosters to find another Athlete to Cheer on during the 2022 High School Season.  As they look for another player to cheer on they are continuing their preparation for the 2022 Spring/Summer tournament season

On Sunday. February 13. as the team arrived at Allen Station for their normal practice they noticed all the fields were occupied by a collegiate tournament hosted by Southern Collegiate Sports.  This delayed the start of practice, but it provided the girls with an opportunity to see live NCAA II and NAIA ball played close-up.  The girls could talk to and touch every player if they wanted to.

The girls missed day one and day two along with the 10 am games that Sunday but were able to see Jarvis Christian College (Hawkins Texas) vs Tabor College (Hillsboro Kansas), Behel College (North Newton Kansas) vs Oklahoma Panhandle State University (Goodwell Oklahoma), McPherson College (Kansas) vs Huston Tillotson University (Austin Texas), and Baker University (Baldwin City Kansas) vs University of Texas Permian Basin (Odessa Texas.  Wow, how many chances will you get to see multiple college teams playing on your practice fields.

As we are watching The University of Texas Permian Basin we notice this Beautiful Red Curly Afro standing in the dugout cheering on her team——it is Morgan.  Our favorite Allen High School Player is home playing in a Collegiate Tournament.  HOW AWESOME IS THAT.

Normally the girls scream when they see Morgan. but this time, they held it together and waved.  Morgan was an inspiration to our team while she was at Allen High School and the girls will continue to look up to her as she excels at the COLLEGE Level.

Thankyou to the City of Allen and SCS for putting on this tournament in our hometown
